  • Transfer Credits: While we accept transfer credits from other institutions, we do not guarantee that credits earned at Ebed-Melech University will be accepted by other institutions. Transfer of credits is determined by the policies of the receiving institution.

3. Degree Requirements

  • Completion of Courses: Students must complete all required courses and meet all academic standards to graduate.
  • Official Transcripts: All official transcripts from previous institutions must be submitted within the first academic year. Failure to submit transcripts within this period may result in credits not being counted toward your degree.
  • Graduation Requirements: Students must fulfill all academic and administrative requirements to be eligible for graduation.

4. Financial Policies

  • Tuition and Fees: Tuition and fees must be paid according to the university’s payment schedule. Failure to comply with payment deadlines may result in penalties or cancellation of enrollment.
  • International Apostille and Shipping Fees: Additional fees apply for international apostille services and the shipping of graduation documents. These fees are the responsibility of the student and must be paid in full before documents are processed and shipped.

5. Academic Integrity

  • Standards of Conduct: Students are expected to uphold the highest standards of academic integrity. Any form of academic dishonesty, including plagiarism or cheating, may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the university.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • Arbitration Agreement: Any disputes arising from your enrollment or any interactions with Ebed-Melech University will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on both parties.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Privacy Policy: Ebed-Melech University is committed to protecting the privacy of its students. Personal information will be used in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable laws.

8. Changes to Terms
