Welcome to ROM 301!
Welcome to Organizational Behavior in Religious Settings at Ebed-Melech University! In this course, you’ll engage in practical, real-world activities to better understand how individuals and teams function within faith-based organizations. From analyzing your current or future ministry environment to developing a practical improvement plan, each week builds on the last—culminating in a final project portfolio and presentation. You’ll gain both insight and applicable strategies for leading and managing with integrity, compassion, and vision.
Course Description
This course introduces the core principles of organizational behavior through the lens of faith-based organizations. With a focus on leadership, communication, motivation, team dynamics, and conflict resolution, students will engage in weekly real-world tasks and build a cumulative portfolio. Emphasis is placed on integrating biblical principles with organizational theory to create positive change in religious settings.

Assignment Deadlines: All assignments are due by Sunday at midnight. Late submissions may impact grades unless prior arrangements are made.
Academic Integrity: Plagiarism or any form of academic dishonesty will not be tolerated. Proper citations must be used.
