Course Introduction

Welcome to BIZ 601: Advanced Business Strategy, the foundational course for doctoral candidates at Ebed-Melech University. This course is designed to equip you with the skills and insights necessary to align technology-driven initiatives with faith-based business objectives. As part of our mission to cultivate transformative leaders, the course will challenge you to develop a comprehensive strategic business proposal. By the end of this course, you will have a fully developed strategic business proposal, preparing you for further doctoral work and professional advancement.

What You Will Learn

Identify Core Strategic Principles: By Week 2, you will understand foundational strategic models and faith-based business principles. This includes how to evaluate and apply these models to real-world scenarios.

Develop a Technology-Enhanced Strategic Plan: By Week 3, you will integrate technology-driven strategies within a faith-based business framework, balancing innovation with spiritual values.

Master Ethical Leadership and Decision-Making: By Week 4, you will explore ethical leadership models, designing a faith-based decision-making framework for business settings.
